I find it strange that you don't turn off the grids for unused hotbar buttons, that's what most people do. Whatever floats your boat I guess.
Also, I found it strange that you only have one version of your healing wave in your main hotbar. Not that I know much about mid-range/high-level shamans, but having both readily accessable seemed cool. Then again you have to put in a hotkey for Warstomp which is probably more important than the healing wave in terms of having to access it quickly.
Actually, I don't really use the hotbar keyboard unless it's one through four... I mainly just use the mouse for others. 1 is weapon attack, 2 is ranged attack, 3 and 4 are my other spells (ES and FrostS for my shammy, Moonfire and Healing touch for my druid.) Note: most of my screenies were taken before I got CT mod. I do now turn of the grid.
In terms of healing, I have my Lesser healing wave in my hotbar, mainly because its twice as fast as the normal healing wave. Also, most of the time, I don't hit "f" to target myself so I end up having to click myself anyways, so what's another stroke between the icon and my character?
