i think the best cure for adhd is making your kids play outside and actually use their imagination, instead of giving them xbox 360s.

the medication sucks.. it just makes the kids tired and boring.. at least that was our experience with caleb. I think he took his medicine like twice in the whole summer two summers ago and when he did we all hated it. much more fun and creative without it. I think it's a gift.
