You just made a modern day "Rules" list for men, you shouldn't make such strict guidelines, there are always exceptions to the rules. You never know that hot receptionist might have low self-esteem and no guys ever talk to her.

Oh don't worry. It's definately not going to be strictly followed. It is just meant to be a guideline that, theoreticall, should be followed. Really, I was just bored at work, and this occupied a couple of hours. I'll still flirt a lot.
