You don't have to give up being a nice guy to get girls, Abraham. You can still be nice, but you have to let them know you're interested in them right off the bat, before you sink into that friend role (I can't tell you how many times that happened to me in high school). Oh, and chicks love money, so a job couldn't hurt you there. ;)
