Finally, in regards to your house, I do not know for sure, but I think it will probably cost more than you realize to live in and own the house. Did you get ownership and rights straightened out with a lawyer? Do you know what property taxes are every year (in terms of an amount)? Do you also own the land that the house is on? You really should know these things before making ANY decision that has to do with the house. It could bring you a lot of money, it could be the house you live in, or it could destroy you financially for years to come. I know that it is not my business, but I am your friend, and I only say these things to help. I would be seriously thinking about speaking to a lawyer.
