Yeah... I've found that, pretty much, I never want to read the comments to a news story about anything I care about. It's just a recipe for pissed-off.

Though... sometimes that pissed offedness, is pretty beneficial...

Fortunately there were only two comments. Still enough to make my blood boil. And thanks! The original photo that icon came from is one I'd very much like to have as a print. It is like the perfect confluence of me and my sister (she much classier and more femme than I, I an editor, both of us appreciative of creative vandalism).

(The captcha thingie for non-friend comments is annoying, btw. You should set it to anon comments only if possible. Whine whine, bitch bitch.)

As to the captcha... I actually like it. I often don't sign in to my own posts before I comment, so I can use it.

But I'll definitely consider strongly changing the settings on my next post. Your input is appreciated.
