As usual we are waaaay behind you. Haven't even THOUGHT about putting in the tenders yet as it's been too cold. Lilacs are *just* flowering and even our Lady Ash hasn't leafed out completely. And here you are talking figs. *sheesh*

what a wonderful post to read, well, except for the headachey parts. interesting that kiwis and figs grow up there, i'd have thought it got too cold as they grow well here.
