WARNING: Image heavy!!
Program: PSP8 (but also works for 9)
We will be making this:
With these two pictures:

Okay take #1 and use your move tool
to move Christina as far left as you can without cutting off her body.
So now your image should look like this:
Copy #2 and paste it (ctrl E) into #1 so you have this:
WARNING: Do not defloat!!
On your layer palette (if you don't know what I'm talking about press F8) right click where it says floating selection and select promote selection to layer:
Now using the Freehand Selection tool
trace around christina's left side in #2.
Like this:
Press CTRL H, set your settings to 10 pixles and press okay. (Also be aware that the promoted selection layer is selected)
Now press delete and you're done! You're image should look like this:
You can play with brightness and contrast, add text and borders. Do whatever you want :) this is my finished product:
