Just had the worst customer service call ever. I was calling to get a refund on something that I know I am entitled to a refund for (It was a mistake by the company). The woman I spoke with actually said, "Well, you probably wouldn't understand the reason."

Nope, but I'm more of a, "Your people did awesome!" person than anything else- I'm assuming they recorded it.

(I am one of those dorks who tracks down managers to tell them someones teally helped me or is working super hard or quick, so she missed out on getting kudos, that's my only 'revenge.')
