Well, I missed one and I can't figure out which one I missed. But I thought they were rather easy too.

Yeah, the only one I wasn't 100% sure on was 'peruse.' Other than that, I was reasonably certain I knew them all. I was a little disappointed - hoping to find words I had never seen before!

that's why I didn't even post mine - once I saw them...
they just seemed like normal everyday words to me

I found this very easy too. If this means that I am an "erudite" person, then I shudder to think what this implies about the state of general and basic vocabularly knowledge.

Unfortunately, you are correct. It does not say anything positive about basic vocabulary. I don't know that I encounter these words as a matter of course when reading, but I certainly knew them. It's a pity.
