Holisdale: Introductions
Holisdale is an up and coming city, formerly a little known small town. Recently, several families have moved into the new neighborhood and the mayor of Holisdale hopes that the town will grow into a bustling city in coming years.
Here with us we have four families; in the bottom left corner, that's the McPherson family. To their right lives the Bleckers. In the upper right corner lives the Bailey family and to their left lives the Knox family.

The McPherson Family

Charlotte and Matt McPherson have never had the best relationship. Charlotte married out of desperation and the want to have children and Matt settled down because of the pressure from his family to find a spouse. He wasn't pleased about it and parts of Charlotte and Matt's relationship have definitely felt forced. They don't talk about it, but sometimes they argue. Charlotte often wonders if Matt is cheating on her, but she is afraid to find out the truth. Her suspicion was the main reason the family moved from their original home; Charlotte longed to get away from women who seemed all too familiar with her husband. Charlotte thought that having children would fill the void in their marriage, but while having children has made Charlotte happier and made them both busier, can their children keep Matt from going astray and Charlotte from falling apart?

After the tragic death of their parents from a car accident, the Blecker children were put in the care of their last living relative: their grandmother Amy. Despite being torn up by the death of her son and beloved daughter-in-law, Mrs. Blecker knows she has to be strong for the children. Still, she's got three reluctant teenagers who think she should be in a nursing home rather than parenting them. Are her grandchildren too much for her to handle or does this old dog have some classic tricks up her sleeve?

The move to Holisdale was difficult both emotionally and financially, but Doug knew it had to be done; the Knox family had to start anew. But as his children grow older, it's tougher for Doug to explain why Mommy's not there. Can Doug be the best dad he can be and keep everyone happy? Including himself?

After a recent divorce from her sleazy ex, Leslie packed up her bags, got full custody of her children and moved in with her dad into the small town of Holisdale so she could take better care of her father in his old age. The children have mostly been agreeable, something Leslie found surprising. She certainly expected her eldest, Zoe, to throw a fit about having to leave their father. Still, Leslie's unsure if she made the right choices. She's sure a hot, new love interest could clear up her head though...

*NOTE*: I had some issues with Irfanview and taking screencaps (I've since fixed the issue and hopefully it won't happen again). I would take the screencap, but the picture would end up black. This happened for about 30 pictures without me knowing and so parts of the next two updates for the McPherson family will not make very much sense because they'll be missing pictures. I'll try my best to explain in narration though.
