do do DA do do do
I'm bored bored bored bored.
I burned a million and one cd's today, which is awesome because now my dad doesn't have to hang on to the last remaining piece of crap bits from my school computer. Made some kickass mixes if I do say so myself, and I do... say...so...myself. lol
Tomorrow I get to chaperone for my nephews kindergarten class to an animal farm. This is what I do on my vacation lol But I like it, the kids are adorable.
I start work this Saturday, and I'll be working full time. Sooo that probably means I won't be able to hang out with anyone with 40+ hours a week.
I went to Poughkeepsie with Olivia this past weekend. It was a good time, I'm glad she invited me. I saw the very very well off side of her family, and I was wowed. It was her cousin of some sort's graduation from prep school party. Yes, prep school...I wasn't kidding when I said well off. The house was gigantic and beautiful, on the top of a mountain, with a gorgeous view and a heated pool. The party was catered. I felt out of place a little, but chilling with Olivia, oh and especially the twins, made me forget that I was not as well off for a bit. We also went to a concert the night before, which was also a lot of fun. We saw Will Hoge and Mark Broussard. I personally liked the opening act, Will Hoge, a lot better. Especially him and his drummer, mm mm. He did this one song called "Woman Be Strong," that is not on any of his cd's and is new apparently, that was phenomenal. He screamed this soulful, totally southern scream everytime he went into the chorus, and it was definitely a brave move on his part, but it fit so perfectly with him and the song. I just, loved it.
Hungry, have a steak! Then woo us with cake!
Oh and Olivia's grandma, where we stayed, owned this really old Australian Shepherd named Cobber. He was so cute, I couldn't get over it.
Not to mention the millions of horses that we saw on the ride there. Man I miss horseback riding.
