I could be a drop of rain
on a roasting summer day
relishing in my moment
of warmth upon your skin
Living in the sky, hoping
to die upon your face
gladly falling fast away--
unnoticed.
I could be a drop of rain
silently falling,
landing on an eyelash
and drink just enough of you--
but I'd rather be a snowflake
and linger,
just a moment or two.

On a lighter note; I think I've been reading too much Shakespeare cuz I was totally thrown by the line, "to die upon your face"...yeah...I had to re-read that to lose the perverse suggestion...X_x
