Quick Update...

Everything is going good so far to say the least. Me and Tyler are in process of house shopping, and let me tell you with todays market being the way it is it is so hard to find a house you like for a "decent" price in the area you want. This little hunt has been both exciting and frustrating. The house I fell completely in love with sold yesterday

where did u got to school to take ur insurance thing?

Well basically I went into an insurance agency, and told him I wanted to become an insurance broker but I don't know what I need to do to become one. He explained it all, and printed off this form I filled out and had to get $400.00 for the student fee. Went back there dropped it off and he faxed it over to where they enroll you, I got my binders I needed for the course couriered to me the next day so I can study. They also sent me a letter of where they were holding the class, which was in a hotel. Went there for three days studied one text book, wrote my exam. Went to the job site, shadowed for three weeks and completed and online test. Went back to the hotel to study the last text book, and wrote my final. It was pretty easy.

house shopping is SO stressful! last summer we put in offers on 2 different houses, and didnt get either. we even offered 80 grand more than the asking price on one, and STILL didnt get it. im still sad about it!
