The only reason to move here (philly) is if you're really broke. Even so, housing prices here are skyrocketing. They're building condos and apartments all over the place. Like skyscraper sized apartment buildings (we never really had a lot of those). I guess they're for all the people flocking here from NYC ;D HAHA!
