Me and Amanda always have this conversation around this time of year, so I'm posing it to you all. It sounds completely and utterly ridiculous and shallow but you know you're thinking about it. Don't lie

woah shit guy that's precise. i was just gonna wear a lot of skinny jeans, oversized grandma sweaters, toques (canadian for knit-caps with a pom-pom), wear my air force ones alot and my cowboy boots, but i gotta get the latter fixed. uhm, also, my new grey hoodie from h&m. i'm starting to live in that.
oh, and scarves. always scarves. but yknow. cana-duuuh.
Ahahaha, I know it's precise. However, Amanda always had an actual theme so this isn't anywhere near as intense! This is also mostly crap my cheap ass can buy at Old Navy and H&M so it's not that crazy. But yeah, this is what happens when you work in fashion for 3 1/2 years. :P
i still don't know what i'm gonna do. i'm hoping to find a good enough fit to jump on the skinny jeans bandwagon. also now that i discovered that the secret to being comfortable in tights is going commando, i hope to wear more skirts and tights. especially now that i will be commuting by car- climate control, baby.
Damn you with your car! Then again I fear my parallel parking skills at the moment so not having a car is probably a good idea. Plus I can't afford gas, insurance, payments, etc. Boo.
I'm sure you've heard this loads, but try the Gap with the skinny jeans. At least they're somewhat reasonably priced.
I just started my fall shopping this past week (and I'm going out tomorrow for more). My plan is: whatever fits, sadly. My body is out proportion. I can wear "regular" size tops but Ineed plus bottoms thanks to my freakish hips and thighs :(
I did get a lot of nice button-down shirts for work. But I'm still wearing the pants I bought for summer. So I need to get on that. And I, too, want a military style jacket and some wicked cool boots.
I'm sorry to say this and I know they're totally in right now, but I can't stand wedges! I think it goes back to my thing with liking everything to be sort of slight instead of chunky. At work, I see too many shoes that are potentially very nice only to be ruined by a wedge heel.
I am liking the cut on a lot of the coats that I'm seeing so far. Fall fashion plans for men basically means suits + a new winter coat.
I definitely know what you're saying. However, I am a superwimp when it comes to heels and I'm trying to ease myself back into wearing them. I figure wedges are a decent way.
