God, I'm so tired. My head hurts - I'm wishing longingly for the days when I didn't always have a million stressful things to do that my whole future apparently depended on. Gahh...I have to write this lab, make up two fake eco journal entries, write this paper on right speech (which I sucked at) not do math homework because I haven't done math ( Read more... )

The SAT II absolutely blows, regardless of what subject it is. All the best of luck to you. Defintiely eat breakfast that day!

The US has stupid ratings. Notice how most of your R-rated movies are rated like PG in Canada.
Surfing IMDb gets some results--mostly random artsy European films (hard to find, but probably lacking a US rating and therefore showable). Check some of the forums.

German SAT2 was like whoa. The curve is really gross, I think...anyway it was a lot better than the Harvard placement test where they forgot to (or sadistically decided not to?) stop the tape, so all the conversation questions ran into each other...bleh.

be healthy! and send me pics of you!
it is so stupid that you can't show r-rated films. can't anyone check r-rated films out of the library? i know that's where i got boys don't cry.

suggestions... the only pg-13 movie i could find is philadelphia. otherwise why don't you show a tv show, like queer as folk (the british one is supposed to be better but you may not be able to find that) or the L-word. or the ellen degeneres sitcom: get season 4, which is when she comes out and the show gets a lot better. not that i've actually seen any of these ;) bur see what you can find.
