GAAAAAH I SO TOTALLY FORGOT A BOOK AND I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS.  THIS WILL KILL ME.  Meaning that I shouldn't wait like, two months between each of these posts T_T.

I agree with you on McKinley's endings - I think they're brilliant, if only I could figure out exactly what is going on...

I always fall back on Hogfather when I'm in the mood for Pratchett. <3

Also, if you've never read any Miles Vorkosigan, you might enjoy it for a light read. It's Epic Military Space Soap Opera. I have a soft spot for psychotically brilliant, (overly?) energetic main characters.
