A documentation of the rather consistent diet I've been following:

-Local UL fast food (Chick-Fil-A, Burger King, McDonald's)

-Totino's Frozen Pizzas

-Hot Pockets

-Oatmeal

-Juice

-Water

Anything else is infrequent.

Analysis is destruction.

I can feel the stress dripping, melting.

I was struck with a sobering phone call yesterday from my sister, telling me that my uncle, my Dad's older brother, has unexpectedly passed away. The cause and time is unknown, as he was found in his home yesterday morning. It wasn't of any violent doing, or anything related to that. The funeral has been tentatively planned for Thursday. I just finished reading The Passion of the Western Mind by Richard Tarnas and I am utterly enlightened.
