Okay, so Chicago is so not Southern California and it's about 50/50 whether we get rain or sunshine on any given day, but is anyone up for a beach trip soon? Maybe?

Because it's... fun? You know, swimming, playing frisbee or something, building sandcastles, whatever... They don't have that where you're from?

There are beaches, but most people don't live near enough to go to them. The water's dangerous, anyway, or so I hear.
