Ooh, I really liked this. Your Dexter voice is wonderful and creepy. "That maybe she can't feel that kind of wrongness because she's learned to trust it in me. Maybe the whole reason she fell for him in the first place is that he felt familiar." And "it's the arteries that are really important."

I love what you did here - spot-on characterizaion and the whole Brian/Dexter thing...

I love this. I love the dynamic between them you've explored here; it really doesn't feel like much of a stretch at all. (And yes, I'm a shameless Dexter/Deb 'shipper! ;)

Do you know of any other fic with this pairing? And will you please write some more?!

It's odd...I DON'T know of any other D/D fic. And it really doesn't seem to be that much of a stretch to me, so that sort of surprises me. What about you? Have you read anything else?

I don't know that there'll be much more from my end for this pairing, but I'd love to see more of it!

The steam cleaner thing made me laugh out loud! You've captured Dex's and Deb's voices perfectly. I love the series and I was just praying there'd be some great fanfic out here. You've answered my prayers.
