I say buy it. It will nag at you until you do. Of course, I have no idea how much handbags cost so I don't know if it's a deal.

Buy it, because, like you said, how often do you actually drop $28 on YOU? You haven't bought a handbag in 2 years! And THAT one was a gift!

PS - I just splurged and bought myself a $70 Vera Bradley bag....best purchase ever.

I went to an outlet this weekend and found a REALLY cute black Coach bag for $60. After I stopped squealing, I bought it. Sometimes you just need to spend a little on yourself. Boy, am I going to go into shock once I have kids.
