"Weight ... Watchers"?
"Gym"?
"Ex ... er ... cise"?

I'm sorry but I don't understand any of these words.

Maybe if you understood that salt is a condiment, not a side dish, you'd understand these terms a little better! :D

Not to sound like a dirty hippie, but I have some Baron Baptiste yoga DVDs. I LOVE them. They are challenging and you are going to sweat and feel the burn, but you feel awesome after you get done.
And I always recommend the Carmen Electra Strip-to-Fit Disc 2 (how to get the body of a stripper). that's a good work-out.

and as far as where to get them... I always get stuff from amazon, because if you order $25, it's free shipping (provided that amazon is the vendor).

The Strip to Fit sounds great...I'll get the baby accustomed to BOW-CHICKA-BOW-BOW from his/her early weeks! HAHAHA

What stores would I even look in for exercise DVDs? I'm so lame I don't even know where to shop for regular DVDs. I just don't watch them! Target or Walmart, perhaps?

I have belly dancing for beginners set of VHS tapes. It's fun, and very low-impact.

amazon.com isnt a bad idea. you can do searches for dvd's for beginners, and you can look at the customer reviews to see if they're worth it.
