So it seems that something strange was going on. At least it's over, yes? Hopefully nothing awful happened.

Now, I have a question. The gardens I found outside were quite lovely, but I didn't see a single person working despite the size of the grounds. Who might be in charge of them? I'd like to talk with them about possibly helping out and... ( Read more... )

I don't think anyone is. I took over a small small area in order to grow some materials, but other then that I've never seen anyone out there doing any gardening.

As I understand it, the grounds maintain themselves. However, previous attempts to cultivate flora haven't been met with resistance-- in short, all there is for you to do is find a place that satisfies you and begin your botanical experiments there.
