The benefits of unemployment

Class started today, and it's looking more promising than I thought it would be. Less a complete waste of my time, just horribly and annoyingly inconvenient. I've been unemployed since Friday now. Still no good prospects, even though I'm open to just about anything at this point -- I submitted online applications to one of the two big grocery

YUMMY!!!!! ESPECIALLY the Cajun catfish and fried green tomatoes with remoulade. I WANNA COME OVER FOR DINNER!!!!

and be sure to note that not only was the remoulade made from scratch, so was the mayonnaise needed for it, since that's not something we usually keep in the house.
