Dave and are playing Tamagotchi and it's totally awesome!

I had a bad migraine today. Yucky poo-poo. I hate them. I got some prescription meds for them, but I've been afraid to take any. I decided to try one out & it kicked my migraine's butt. But I feel a little dopey. Boo.

Dave left for practice & that's when I noticed our porch was a mess. We have two huge Mimosa Trees beside our house, and there are others randomly around the farm. They are so beautiful, but when their blooms fall they leave a huge wads of dried bits. This makes my barefoot walking hurty ( Read more... )

Awhile back, Dave and I were at Central Market on a Saturday. And on Saturdays they have tastings galore! We sampled shrimp, chips, coffee, candy, & beers! Grrrrrr! I'm wanting to make something so bad. And I can't!!! All my craft stuff is still packed in boxes in the garage. My knitting needles, crochet hooks, felt, sewing machine power cord, & all my other craft paraphernalia. I decided that I'm going to go through at least two boxes tomorrow. Gosh darn it. I'm starting to get cranky.

Today, I took some horse pellets out to Henry. I decided that is what I am going to call the horse. I put out my hand with pellets and shook the half full can on my hip. He slowly came over and ate out of my hand. It was so awesome. He let me pet him for a little bit before he ran off.

We have a horse! He happens to be freaked out by people & that's why he was free. He is really cute. He is white with black & gray spots. Every day Dave has gone in the pen, in hopes of getting it used to us. I like to pretend he's a unicorn who cannot be tamed. This morning Dave and his dad burned some sticks. It was fun to just hang out by the smallish bonfire drinking coffee early in the day. Dave has been chainsawing, chopping, and burning his little heart out. He really has done a great job getting this place cleaned up.
