Pumpkin disease

I’m trying to grow pumpkins, but it looks like the plants got sick with something. Can anyone help me identify what it is and if it’s treatable?

The infected leaves eventually dry and wither. Looks like this:

Is it a disease or are they just frozen. Our magnolia looks they same but it was hit by late frost and the leaves and flowers are frozen.

It's inside, so it shouldn't be from cold... I guess I'll see the next few days. My friend says the plant migth just be overwatered, but those spots look weird.
