Good point. About a month ago, I replaced almost all the incandescent light bulbs with those fluorescent light bulbs that screw into the same socket. Typically 40W of incandescent light replaced by a 9-11W bulb. Or 60W replaced by 13W bulb. Wasn't cheap, but I'm hoping payback in a year or so. AND, I can turn more lights on in the winter, reducing SAD effects :) *WIN!*

I also turn computers off when I'm done with them and switch off the power strips that have all the wall warts plugged into them. (The UPS remains on, however, so there's some losses there.)

I've been doing everything I can for a couple years now. My biggest struggle is to get everyone else to turn stuff off when their done with it.
