I doubt any changes in the micro market is going to severely impact the megaswill™ share. One of the main reasons being that most micros have little to no distribution outside of their origin. The ones that do get distributed outside of their area are a result of megaswill™ sponsorship or something. I'm just thinking about all the areas of the united states that haven't even heard of microbrews, much less want to drink them. Or what about canada?? I'm sure they have micros, but when the majority of the states don't have that great a craft brewing movement, what can expect from our molson/labatt swilling neighbors to the north, eh? I think it's the low-carb craze--I'd like to know how much the Alco-pop™ market is cutting into macro beer sales. And unsurprisingly, B to the E is still not moving.
