Time passes quickly in the sims, and soon little Bao isn't so little - first sim kid in the neighbourhood!
Mei-Xing gets tired of waiting for the right man to father her next child, and decides to adopt one by herself. It's a boy, and she names him Chi (crazy social worker man is crazy!)
Across the street, Antoine has grown up a lot, and Ben Williams and Erika Nilsson have gotten married. Whee!
Erika's younger brother, Peter, now lives by himself and has big dreams of becoming a musician. He also loves looking at himself in the mirror, and does so constantly...
Chi grows up to be a cute toddler, and Bao grows into her looks and is a stunning teenager. Sadly there aren't many people in the town, so she spends most of her time playing with her baby brother.
But Mei-Xing has managed to find love at last, and despite her major fear of settling down with someone, decides to move in with a man named Fred Lumpkin.
Fred has a daughter, Lola. Lola adapts to the changes well, and is thrilled to have a big sister and a baby brother!
Soon after, Mei-Xing finds herself pregnant - and is pretty excited about it, even though she constantly throws up for months.
Ben and Erika haven't been wasting time either. Soon they are the proud parents of twin girls Noelle and Tanya.
Antoine isn't that excited about the new additions to the family... after all, he prefers to be alone most of the time, and the two little girls just get in his way.
Seems like there's twin craziness in Sim Town! Mei-Xing gives birth to twin girls as well - Christa and Cecilia (I love that when I am not playing, the game just picks names FOR me, yay!). The Lumpkins live in a pretty small house, and can't afford to move to a bigger place... and there is no way that beds for all five children will fit inside - so they take turns sleeping under the stars.
And in a family this big, everybody needs to pitch in. But for some reason little Chi seems to be stuck with doing the dishes almost every single day. Not fair!
The girls soon grow into toddlers, but man, they look different! Cecilia looks a lot like their mother...
... while Christa looks like a clone of their father.
The Williams girls are also growing - but little Tanya is lagging behind her sister Noelle, both mentally and physically...
