I just watched "Atonement" again the other day (and the day before yesterday... and today... yeah, call me obsessed...) and this has to be the most depressing movie of all time. Oh wow, die picsams sind wirklich umwerfend! Das Erste gefällt mir vor allem von der Komposition, das zweite hat wunderschöne Farben. Die Auswahl der Bilder ist dir im Allgemeinen toll gelungen, die Einarbeitung des Briefes finde ich eie klasse Idee!

Ach dieser Film ist einfach fantastisch, auch wenn du recht hast indem du schreibst, dass es einer der deprimierensten Filme ist, jedoch mit so viel Schönheit. Und James ist wirklich immer sehenswert :)Danke auch für den Textauszug aus dem Buch, muss es unbedingt mal lesen.
Hehe, kann mich übrigens nur anschließen: "Fuck you, Briony!" :D

It's nice that someone obsesses over this film as much as I do. Lovely work, colours and everything else. Never Let Me Go is next on the movies-that-mess-you-up-but-in-a-good-way list.

"Atonement" is one of the most beautiful books/movies out there. I've read the damn thing at least half a dozen times and the movie is so beautifully shot and so true to the story. *sigh* ;)

"Never Let Me Go" is also really depressing, but not as much as "Atonement" (as if that's even possible). It's a really wonderful film (very thought-provoking, too) and Carey Mulligan (and Andrew Garfield) are superb!
