Remus Re-erected is up on my website; it's in seven parts and is complete.

Summary: Just before Harry begins his 6th year at Hogwarts, Remus unintentionally gets involved in a wind-up designed to make Dudley jealous, and this results in an unexpected intimacy between Harry and Remus. As Remus tries to present the same face to the outside world

Yay, first post! Oooh, the last chapter punched me in the gut, but then it was nice. Without giving too much away, I think you know what I mean. Really, I loved this fic, and I liked the story it was inspired by as well. I really loved the flashbacks, especially with Sirius and Remus. It gave Remus an emotional background, and explained the way he was dealing with the whole thing with Harry very well. A very well written fic, despite whatever the author says in the notes. You modest little thing, you. ^__~

This story was amazing! I loved the interaction between Harry and Remus. I liked the Sirius flashbacks, too. Your characterization of Remus is so heartbreaking, and I was so happy to see him get over his trouble at the end. Thanks for writing this. There is never enough Harry/Remus out there.

And I totally agree that there's not enough Harry/Remus out there.
But I don't dare attempt another story with this pairing at the moment, as my muse is telling me to write a nasty, angsty sequel. So I'm busy getting involved in writing some humour instead!

fabulous fic, i also found it on the glassesreflect list. Complex and emotional with some steamy scenes; just what i like. particularly good interweaving of the flashbacks/parallels of remus and sirius' relationship. Write more!!

I should have another story complete and beta'd in the next few weeks. It will be quite a bit shorter than this one and will have a completely different feel to it.

I liked your fic a lot. At first it made me a bit squicky, as I'm more of a Harry/Draco fan myself, but I always give snaps to people who change my mind. :) Good job.

Thanks for letting me know. I do like an occasional 'dose' of Harry/Draco, as well. ;-)

But I am curious to know where in the story you stopped finding it squicky. What bit changed your mind and persuaded you to keep on reading?

On another fic, when they started getting intimate I probably would have shied away. But you characterized Remus really well, and they just seemed to _need_ each other after Sirius died... so I'm not sure exactly where. It was gradual, I spose.

Thankies for writing back though, most authors don't. Good job, again.
