I've been posting more on myspace than here, sorry LJ! But here is a catch up.
She posted on lj that she and Danny "are over" and that they "finally broke up". WTF? Ok, it looks to me like she had somehow deluded herself into thinking they were somehow a couple, even though he is with me and she is with some other guy. Jeez! Grow up and get a life!
I have much news, good and very very strange...but I cant tell anyone here! (whaaaa!!!!) Not until the person it is about says I can. Oh it's a biggie too! *bites her tongue*
I'm in a good mood today. Work was fun, Dan and Marvin are out running around all day, I got him a cool thing for father's day, and my next apointment is monday. Also, two whole days of peace!
Pains went away, still worried. But Dan thinks everything will be fine. I'm showing now! It's a girl, I'm carrying it in the front.

Let's get the stuff out of the way first. Dan is getting over Liz. Out of sight out of mind and all. Also seeing my tummy swelling with his child helps, and after reading the "Me and Dan broke up" thing he was "creeped out". So it helped muchly! On to much bigger and better things!
My latest wierdness. Those of you who know Da Kat are used to such things, but this is big! I'm going to be a grandmother! My daughter Deanna called me a few days ago and she is pregnant! Yes, I know, grandma at 38, and a new mom, kinda wierd. But it wouldnt be me otherwise! *laughs* I feel like I'm in a Steve Martin movie and Frank and Hank are going to come in and start arobecising any minute! lol
Now I can really be there for my daughter and my granddaughter or grandson! And she's moving closer! I'm already making plans to go to CT and help.
btw, this is not something I want to spring on my new family right now. Yeah, I'm pregnant with your 23 year old son's child, and oh, by the way, I'm a grandma! So not going to go over well. lol I'm gonna wait a bit before I tell them. Dan knows, and says I'm the sexiest grandma he ever met! And yes, he will be a step grandpa before his 25th birthday as I predicted! "I thought you were kidding! Ok, if your grandkids want to call me anything, make it 'Papa'." I'm feeling old and happy at the same time! lol
I have to go to my next doctor's apointment, so pray for us and our kids and I'll type ya all lates!
Ok, evidently I went overboard on the grandma stuff, so I'm taking a deep breath and stepping back. I guess I'm just so anxious to try to make up for all the years I missed I got too excited, so...*deep breath*
Doctor's apointment went well. Baby is healthy, very! He or she runs from heart-beat monitors and when we do catch it the heart beat is LOUD and very strong! Dan smiled big and said "Oh yeah...THAT'S my son!" Well, we dont know if it is a boy yet, we find out in 3 weeks! So excited!
Brent thinks I'm getting fat from "sitting around on my lazy ass" and that is just fine with me! He can think I'm fat, covers up the truth.
Dan has a car, but he needs insurance, starter, reg, and a liscence. The last part he's getting next week. The rest, as we can. It's a 95 Windstar, good family car!
Last bit on the Liz thing. After her psycho-post about them "breaking up", he agreed that she has fallen into the "not respecting our relationship and therefor not a friend" catagory, and has told me he will keep his promise. He will not contact her again. Her name has not been mentioned by him since. He hugged me tight and said "The nightmare is over, you won!" He has been unusually affectionate, even for him, in the last day! *sigh of reliefe*
All in all, life is good.
