All those piercings are the shit.
I have my belly button, tongue and nose. Nice combo I reckon.
I reckon tongue and nose.. it'd look hot.
If you live in America (I'm not sure if you do, I live in Australia), it'll be winter, I'm guessing? So you don't really need the belly button piercing anyway. Plus if you get it done without your parents permission, its easier to hide. :)
