Hrmm, people like that suck... best thing to do is to file a complaing with livejournal... they will do things like check creation dates and what not... I'm currently hunting down nearly every one of their posts and giving a nice message saying they are misrepresenting you, have stolen your lj info as well as pictures, and even cloned your name to the best of their ability..
