Don't you live in, like, Oregon? Where it rains all the time? Or is that raincloud only centered over Seattle?

From about Roseburg up, Oregon is pretty well under the Seattle Rain Umbrella of Doom. Further south than that, though, the summers are hot and dry, and temperatures over 100º are an inevitability. Plus! Eastern Oregon has actual desert! Didn't you enjoy that educational paragraph on the climate zones of Oregon?
