Anyone who still shops at Wal-Mart after reading this story, IMHO, has a heart of stone.

The gentle foods I chose for myself today for my first day back at work are the following:

Plain rice (Jasmine) from the freezer
Two bananas
Plain Greek Yoghurt

If you count the bananas as white (after getting through the skins), everything I grabbed to eat at work today is pretty much monochromatic.

So after I left the emergency room......
