I want to do a post with clips of the boys talking about Italy, the USA, Australia, Birmingham and France, and if someone laughs at those but gets offended at the Mexican one, they need to check their Jingoism at the door and lighten up. No one is safe from Top Gear's wandering eye, especially if they make cars.

I SO would love to see that post. That's the thing. Those guys are there to entertain people. If people don't like it don''t watch it. Plus like you said they make fun of every nation, including their own. I think if you can't laugh at yourself there is something wrong. People just need to get over themselves, and have a laugh.

Especially their own, I think. Wasn't it the same news section where they advised people not to buy a certain car because Richard's granddad made them? Or was that the week after?

Honestly I don't remember, but I do think if anyone should be mad, it should be the car companies. They are always saying things about people should not buy a certain car because only people like JM buyes them. Yes JM is my favorite of the 3 guys.

And yes I own a TG approved car, I SO wish there were bumperstickers that said TOP GEAR APPROVED. But honestly I bought the car before I started watching the show though, so I was quite happy that I made a good buy.
