I love it! The friends are nothing without Sheldon. :) That Penny and Sheldon scene was beyond hot! No Ship can compare to the Shenny. :) I love with Stuart's fantasy he only got a kiss on the check. No kiss for Zach. :)

Of course the gang would be nothing without Sheldon! Without him their little group would've never existed and that includes Penny too! Their lives would be beyond dull without those two in their lives!

Would it be too much to ask if you could describe the Shenny dream to me? Since the writer for the taping report wasn't all that detailed with the dialogue to begin with. At least I'm hearing good reviews from you Lol!

Bernie was saying how most of the friends would not know Sheldon thought Penny would still live across the hall from him. Amy then says with Leonard out of the picture we all know what that would mean and Penny says we do. We cut to the scene and Penny comes swaying into the laundry room asking Sheldon doing laundy? Penny ended up taking off her Shirt and asking Sheldon what he though. Penny also told Sheldon she needed him and wanted him to take her. The dream ended with Penny telling Sheldon you and me right here and leaning in for a kiss. I have no idea how my brain and TV did not turn to mush? :)

Holy crap, knowing Jim and Kaley they must've had some fun doing that one scene. So it sounds as if through Amy's mind if Leonard had never lived in 4A then Penny would've put the moves on Sheldon instead...right?? I wonder if Amy made a sour expression while thinking that up Lol! I'n guessing through Penny's mind she just would've never met Leonard and ended up with Zack while staying as a waitress for the rest of her life, that's it end of story (and a very depressing one at that). Speaking of Penny, I may be confused by the way the reporter had written the her dream, but her dream sounded a little random and mean when she had Leonard piss in how own pants like that LOL!

"It's a Wonderful Sheldon!"

Penny and Bernadette's stories of how they would not have ended up with their guys were clever and spot on, but Leonard's story of Penny's presumed fate was just mean -- and on the general level of kindergarten meanness, to boot!

And Amy's fantasy . . . ? Oh, dear!

Howard's "Psycho" vision was at least cleverly macabre!

Raj's was perceptive, given his enabling tendencies and gift for home-making.

Poor Stuart! But at least he gets the 'last word' in a sense (and the last sigh).

But . . . AMY has changed Sheldon's life and made a positive change in it? If that's true of Amy, it's certainly true of Penny, also.

"I know." -- Wow! Having Sheldon use Han Solo's version of "I love you"? I'm hoping that's not how Sheldon meant it, at least.

"Six Degrees of Sheldon"

Sheldon is definitely the gravitic core of the group, for good or for ill.

Yeah, there they go glossing over what has gone before. I love how they are so amazed that Amy got Sheldon to do something. Penny does(or did) that all the time. Heck if it wasn't for Penny convincing Sheldon that he needed to get to know her more if they were going to have a kid in vitro, Sheldon and Amy might have never gotten past the Skyping texting stage.

Penny's fantasy was pretty much how Leonard use to be when he tried to date Penny. The first time he sweated through his shirt and another time he became nauseated- and that's when he actually knew her. But Leonard's dream was like payback for her fantasy. Very petty.

Do you think that Sheldon would know what Hans really meant when he said that. To me, given Sheldon supposed social unawareness that should not even register.

Was Amy the one who encouraged him to head on over to Texas? If so then they truly have changed her character and morphed it into a wannabe version of the early season Penny. Why should the gang even be surprised that she'd gotten him to finally do something anyway? She's been doing that since season 5 already (maybe even longer than that! Penny and Leonard have even gotten him to do things themselves too! I guess they're just trying to idol Amy as much as possible just because she's the GF of THE stubborn-headed Sheldon Lee Cooper ( ... )

No, I think it was pretty much his mom that got him to go to Texas. She got him to go back into to the room with Missy and the baby after its birth- he said he wasn't going to because the baby wouldn't stop crying. They were all "amazed". And Amy was feeling that she didn't matter to Sheldon so much so Leonard showed her that she was Sheldon' s screensaver(along with a bunch of other people and fictional characters).

When Sheldon came back from Texas he and Amy were walking up the stairs talking. Amy said she missed him and Sheldon said something like "to quote Hans Solo, I know".

Okay, I was both happy and frustrated at that Shenny scene. It was definitely sizzling! But I wanted moooooooooooooooooooore! (I would've preferred Penny a little closer when she leaned for a kiss, too) I rolled my eyes at Sheldon's mentioning of saving himself for a "cute bespectacled neuroscientist with hair, the color of mud" but oh well, it's no surprise since it's Amy's dream sequence. But I believe she was pretty spot on with how Penny would go after Sheldon if Leonard's out of the picture.

Penny and Bernie's sequences were pretty spot on, too, and Leonard's was just mean. And I don't believe Amy would be that sad if ever she didn't meet Sheldon. She would've met somebody else through the dating site and I'm sure she would be happier in that relationship.

I was half-hoping that it's Sheldon who's gonna walk in as Penny's BF during the ending scene. X3

Anyways, when Sheldon mentioned about saving himself for a cute bespectacled girl with hair the color of mud, this immediately came to mind...

Hahahaha! Great! Well, I'm also a bespectacled girl with a muddy hair color who studies game development (that would count, right?) so...let's get married, Sheldon! XD

I really liked Amy's teasing expression before the Shenny dream sequence. It was like "c'mon girl, you know what I'm talking about". :D

Dream sequence Sheldon's dialogue might sound unaffected by Penny's seduction, but his eyes can't keep from staring once in a while. Haha! ;D

How did "real" Penny react to Amy's dream? I'm betting she didn't react like Stuart did.

Well, only Leonard's, Raj's and Stuart's faces were shown after the leaning for a kiss scene. Real Penny was like "okay, that's enough" midway through the dream sequence after Dream Penny was took off her jacket, though. But she didn't look disgusted, horrified or irked like Raj or Leonard so I guess it's fine.

I'm surprised she didn't tell Amy to stop sooner, or even look disgusted and just plain out say 'Yeah Ames sorry to break it to you but that would've NEVER happened!' Lol I don't think Penny would be disgusted by Sheldon more like a little annoyed with him because of how he acts with her and the others really and the fact that he's a special kind of guy that are unlike any of the others in her life. So I don't think she could see herself with him because of who he is as a person.

I love how it has the most number of views among the three excerpts from last week's episode. :D

I cannot get enough of this scene. :) It's so natural and Sheldon and Penny look great together.

This scene got me to watch PART of the show again since the first episode this season. I have skipped all the others and didn't think once about it.
It was a nice break from the show and being aggravated. ha
Even though the break was nice, it's even more nice being back here, and reading the clever comments from my fellow Shenny fans. You guys truly rock.
Hope everyone's holiday season is going well.

PS.
Love the pressed comments under the YT video, especially the one about "See, even if Amy wasn't around Sheldon would still go for brains" or something like that..
Hate to tell that person this but, the scene was Amy's narrative and not what Sheldon would really say or do, but what Amy thinks he would say and do. Hence the exaggerated personalities in the scene.
This is Amy's version of their personality.

LOL And the canons say that WE'RE the ones who are 'living in a delusional fantasy land', yeah f***ing right! Amy wishes that Sheldon was exactly like the man in her dreams, the old Sheldon was never interested in romance no less having a GF no matter how intelligent she was to him.
