Why people won't concede arguments on the internet

I think it's to some extent because many of us who end up on the internet feel that in actual life we suck some, or most, of the time. The social blogging environment is for many people the place where they come to feel appreciated, to compensate for the suckage of life. Why people won't concede arguments on the internet

Basically, because they're concerned with saying what's true instead of being concerned with one-upmanship.

People who argue on the internet for the love of the game know that conceding small arguments is completely disarming to an opponent.

на моем опыте Водолеи - в основном, критиканы, мизантропы и педанты, во всех (не исключая даже себя самих) видящие банальность и посредственность :Р
