Character Information
Name: Anemone
Fandom: Eureka Seven [anime]

Background: http://eurekaseven.wikia.com/wiki/Anemone

Are you taking this character from another RP? Nope.

Personality: Anemone is a very moody young lady. She has a temper that, for the love of all that is good, shouldn’t be tweaked. She’s been known to kick, punch, and put up one hell of a fight. She’s also incredibly headstrong. You and her could get in an argument, and if it would turn out that she’s wrong, and she knows it, she may not care, and will plow on in pursuing her victory.

So to say really…she’s stubborn.

She also has a determination like no other. You give Anemone a task, no matter what it is (unless you’re messing with her by giving her an incredibly easy task) and she’ll work hard to get the job done. She may lose sleep, and she may possibly injure herself, but she’ll keep on going. And if things don’t conclude just perfectly, she may throw a tiny tantrum and be completely disappointed. In this sense, she’s something of a perfectionist.

While she can be moody and rude, Anemone can also be kind. She can smile, and she can laugh, but she probably won’t get your jokes, or smile immediately to a stranger. Sure she can get excited, but it isn’t the same thing. Almost her entire life, Anemone wasn’t really given the star treatment someone such as her should have been given. She was more of treated like an experiment/weapon that could be replaced at any given time (although that was an impossibility, seeing as she was the only girl who survived the experimentations). So being open with herself is still a concept that she’s learning (although she’s mastered it quite well with Dominic).

Although this should be said in another section of the app, Anemone has a certain fondness for sweets. Cake, candies, jam...anything that is inredibly sweet on the palette, she loves it. Especially jam. She can't get enough of the stuff.

Appearance Changes (if applicable): There is a butterfly tattoo upon her left leg, near her ankle. Apparently Haven’s Anemone had gotten it not too long ago.

Powers/Abilities: Anemone is capable of great violence with her feet, fists - in any way that can harm people, bruise them terribly, or even break bones. She’s a resourceful girl, so she will also use whatever is near her as a weapon. So don’t be surprised if she starts to beat you with a mixing spoon or a frying pan if you attack her in the kitchen.

Family Situation: Anemone lives with her “mother” Violet Flowers, and her two younger “sisters”, Daisy and Rose. Her “father” died in a car crash when she was nine. Daisy is ten, and Rose is eight. They both attend the local Haven elementary school, which is only a few blocks from Anemone's house.

Job: Anemone is attending the local High School for her senior year, but she works part time at the local bakery, where she apparently made/makes the best cakes this side of Haven!

First Person Sample:

Okay, so one minute Dominic and I were on our own, making our way to the next town for supplies, where we’d hopefully get lots of jam, and suddenly I wake up here…without Dominic. And I’m also kind of confused.

And I also get the assignment to find these jewel shards. I don’t want to find these jewel shards. What I do want is to be able to go back home and be with my boyfriend and buy jam at that town. Okay?

I’m not going back, until I find those jewel shards, am I? Ugh. Fine! I guess I can find those jewel shards if it means going back home where things are normal.

Third Person Sample:

Anemone awoke to the feeling of her pillow being tugged out from under her. Her head hits the mattress with a whump sound. Before she can even make a complaint, the blankets are yanked off her as well, and a cold breeze goes by form, causing the girl to curl up into a ball to preserve warmth.

"C'mon, Anemone! Wake up!" an unfamiliar voice pleaded. At first in her drowsy state, Anemone mistook it for Dominic, and grumbled her refusal, and closed her eyes again. But that only made the voice much louder and much more persistent.

The bed starts to shake, and the headboard rattle. "Anemone! You have to drive me and Daisy to school! We can't walk with our science projects. They're too heavy!"

Daisy? I don't know a Daisy.

Anemone's mind registered this and she opened her eyes. Her violet eyes met the blue eyes of a young girl, with a face of utter begging and desparation. Not to mention, frustration. And Anemone certainly didn't know this face. She immediately sat up in reaction, backing away a bit on the mattress. This allowed her to finally look at her surroundings. She wasn't in the rest stop that she and Dominic had been temporarily rooming in. But she was in a room, that was for sure.

From somewhere else, came another voice. Equally as childish as the young girl next to her bed's voice. "Hey Rose! Is she up?"

The young girl beside the bed turned away from Anemone, to the opened door to the room. "Yea! She's up!" She then turned back to Anemone. "Hurry up and get dressed! We have to drop the projects off early if we want to make it to the morning dodge-ball game before school starts!" She then left room, shutting the door behind her.
Anemone still sat up against the headboard, wondering what was going on.

2nd Third Person Sample:

Apparently, she was late. Late for school. Or at least, was going to be late if she didn't get her rear in gear.

She still wasn't yet used to the flowery alarm clock that sat on the nightstand in her bedroom. Or maybe it was the fact that yesterday, she'd smashed it to pieces after it woke her up at one in the morning due to a glitch in its wiring. And she'd not told Violet about it, for fear that the woman would ground her once more.

Running through the halls, bookbag slung over her shoulder, she ducked and dodged her way through the halls, hearing things like "hey watch it!" and "excuse you!" as she passed person after person.

"Out of my way!" she'd throw back, refusing to stop even once, not even to help up the kid she practically slammed against a locker in passing. She had to reach home room before the bell rang. Because if there was one thing Anemone refused to be, it was late. A mark on her perfect attendance, she wouldn't have it.

She was coming to the turn in the hall, with home room just around the corner, when...

WHAM!

...she collided with someone.

Anemone landed painfully on her rear, grumbling a weak "ow." "Hey!" she snapped, trying to get back up while ignoring the ache. "Why don't you watch where you're going!"

"Me?" The person barked. "You were the one running in the hall like a maniac!"

"I was n--" But then the bell rang. And the retort stopped half-way out of the pink-haired girl's mouth.

Oh no...no, no, no, NO! I'm late!

There went her perfect attendance...out the window.
