So it's 4:30 in the morning. I'm tired, yet can't sleep. Used a sleeping pill last night, I slept. But I couldn't get up this morning. What's worse, no sleep or not being able to get up? I dunno where I'm working or when or even where. All I know is I have books. Lots of books. And they are my savior.

have you ever tried melatonin? they sell it in the vitamin section of stores. my dad's doctor recommended it to him a few years ago when he was having trouble getting to sleep. it is my best friend, and has helped me keep my sanity through years of insomnia. it also doesn't leave me groggy the next morning like other things have.

I sound like an infomercial.
