You did everything right, including voicing your suspicions. Not to mention not tearing her a new one, that wouldn't have been so good. But you maintained your composure and handled it professionally, and because that's how you always conduct yourself, they didn't even begin to suspect you.

you know nance, your right. I don't think I have ever posted about a good day at work. I mean there are from time to time, but I never thought about it that way. I think I am also in some respects taking this way to personally. I know she robbed the company and not me, but she knows I always close on Sunday nights. For the last 2 years, there are not even a handful of times that I have not worked on a Sunday night. And I am trying to keep telling my self that this was the act of a desperate person and not an attack on me personally. They gave her one more day to get the rest of the money back. I don't think I would have been that generous, but I'm a bitch. Thanks Nancy, as always you make perfect sense. MUAH
