I just formally got engaged!!!! Here is my ring....because I kept trying to take a picture of it with my digital camera, and it just did not do it justice. It's HUGE! It's gorgeous, so....sorry I had to brag! I'm a lucky girl!

No, I haven't talked to grandmother about being pregnant or anything! I just don't know how to break it to her. I'm afraid of her reaction....I guess. I just hate for her to be disappointed in me---Me being pregnant before being married and all. I'm just ....procrastinating I suppose. I hadn't even mentioned to her that Neal and I were dating, back when we met. How do I bring something like that up...when I'm already in my 5th month???

haha...you have procrastinated. well you just tell her. there is no easy way to bring it up. I know you would rather her be a part of the baby's life than you just never tell her about the little booger. even though that would be easy since you are so far away. by the way, is it a boy or a girl?

no pressure about telling her, it really is up to you. just saying there really is no easy way. and it is not the end of the world if she gets disappointed, there is nothing left to do but love on you and the baby...and support you in every way we can. no matter what she thinks about the decisions you have made...because the lord works all things together for the good of those who love him. everything is gonna be alright.

luckily someone already broke the barrier of you (pregnant before married) so you should just definitely tell her she'll be more disappointed to know you kept it from her. (you know how she is) just tell her you haven't told anyone yet and you wanted to let her know. but I guess when you tell her you have to be ready for other people to know...anyway I'm excited!! congrats to both!
