Isn't it nice to get up early on a Saturday morning, full of vim and vigour, eager to get the routine cleaning chores out of the way so that the remainder of the holiday weekend can be enjoyed?

Well, I discovered that the BLOODY DRYER HAS STOPPED WORKING after dumping a load of freshly washed laundry into said bloody dryer.  Oh yes, it's blowing

Poor Shelley. *hugs* Hopefully it won't be too expensive to fix. Or maybe you can get a new one. I know I looked at Sears last year and they had a scratch-and-dent Maytag for $199, I think. Had a little ding around where the dials are, but otherwise was fine.

Thank you, Tari. That is gonna be my back-up plan in case, like Lbi, the problem is not fixable. Thank goodness there's a Sears not too far from my house, and I think I can even order the 'scratch-and-dent' models online!
