I'm depressed because I suck, Mewsie. I saw my doctor yesterday to follow-up about my blood pressure treatment, and it was still WAY too high, and I'm just so sick of never feeling well, lacking self-confidence, and peri-menopause is kicking my butt on top of everything.

I try to be positive but sometimes it's just really hard for me. But thanks for asking Mews - I appreciate it.
