Don't feel too bad, Titan. Unfortunately, this is kind of what happens when you're dealing with peacekeeping groups. Not even Batman got full disclosure from the police where I come from. There was this one guy on the police force, and... well, sometimes those types have the support of the law.

And, uh, it was dark, but I'm pretty sure they were colored black. If not, then maybe some other dark color.

I remember reading about an attack by black Peckmon that could jogress over a year ago. They attacked the people of the Hinata Inn and were believed to have been involved in the murder of the previous police chief, HippoGryphomon.
