Warning for pet owners!

I don't know if it's the same where you are as it is here (WI) but those with dogs or outdoor cats need to be very careful of TICKS this year. In Wisconsin it is looking to be one the worst TICK years in a while. I've heard this from Park Rangers, co-workers, and our favorite dog trainer. The Dr Becker says that tick collars actually work really well. I would just buy some and stick one on her when you guys go for hikes.

Thanks! My vet also mentioned using the Front Line spray on just her feet. She said that the two meds don't have any interaction issues. So between the spray or the collar, I hope we will do better next time!

Well, I was about to suggest the frontline spray, so there ya go! Ticks on the feet, that is just crazy! I bet they didn't feel too good!

I'm only grooming about one day a week now because of school, so I can't say that I've noticed an increase in ticks...
