eww this picture is REALLY blurry...sorry. but this is called "she's lost her marbles..." I like to explain it as the many sides to my personality if i had to draw them out. it's very colorful, because i dont see anything in normal colors...it's oil pastel on paper.
now for some closeups...
this is one of the first ones that i drew...i'd probably descirbe it as my curious nature.
this is my favorite one. it is obviously my sad side....but i just love the colors and the hair.
this one i dont like very much, but hey it works...this is my sophisticated side that so very few people have seen/will ever see.
this one isnt the best either...but whatever. this is the dreamer in me. that is why it is in the center...it's probably one of my most dominant traits....or so i'd like to think.
i think this one is cute...her hair and the big eyes...this is depicting my innocence. she has a surprised look on her face like she is new to an experience or something like that.
this is one of my favorites. although i could have handled the face a little better...this is my seductive or my flirty side.she's winking at you!
this one is nuts. it is why the piece is called "she's lost her marbles..." i mean look at her face. she looks like a crazy clown. it kindof scared me when i first finished it and looked at it...but i got used to it. it is depicting my crazy, radom side. (the circles in the bottom right hand corner are the marbles she lost)
this one is pretty cool. i like the halo. i guess some may look at this one as my "innocent side" but id think of it more as my kind and caring side.
this is a pretty sweet one. i like it a lot. it is my cynical or pessimistic side. the expression on her face is great i think...plus i like the hair.
well that is all for now. i think that i forgot a couple sides to my personality, actually i know i did, but i guess taking in the size factor and a desirable way to mount them, i had to end with only 9. it works, and i like it.
****Side note to KYLE!: This piece is the one that my art teacher made me write that damn paper about. I had finished it and he was asking me all these crazy questions like "why are they all girls?" "what do you think this says about the way you think/make decisions" it is the most i have EVER thought about a piece or anything like that really. hope your paper turned out ok.
