I love this soooooooooooooooooooooo much. And you do it sooooooooooooooo fine. You capture the difference between their relationships in such a subtle way. And I still love the fact that Zach will ALWAYS chose Shaun. ALWAYS.

This is perfect and I don't really want it to end.

Aww, thank you so much! I'm so happy that this is resonating with folks. There is just one more planned chapter for this one, and it really does need to end there, structurally. (I do have some notes jotted down for a much shorter sequel, I have to admit, but it's mostly just a 'do I know what happens next? why yes, I do' exercise for myself at the moment.)
